Book your partnership package

All partnerships are ready-made, easy-to-book packages — and of course, customizations are possible when needed.

Send us your materials

Provide your digital and print assets according to our guidelines — we’ll take care of the rest.

Arrive at your fully prepared stand

On the event day, just show up. Your stand and all included services will be ready for you, with no need to carry anything in. When you leave, you can take your materials with you (excluding wall and table structures), or we can store them for reuse at your next event.

Ready-made packages

These packages are designed to simplify the planning and execution of your partnership. Printed walls, roll-ups, and your video materials will be ready and waiting when you arrive in the morning. Please note that all packages can also be freely customized.

Main Partner

We are introducing our Main Partner package, offering prime visibility with a centrally located, spacious booth at the heart of the event. The booth features custom-printed wall, a screen (optional huge screen), and some furniture. Personalize the booth with your materials, preferred furniture, and catering.

In addition to the booth, your logo will be prominently displayed on our printed and digital materials, ensuring widespread recognition. Furthermore, your video will be showcased on both the Exhibition area screen and the Seminar screen, maximizing exposure to our audience.

Visuals:
Large printed wall, or optional large screen accompanied by a smaller printed wall. Please note that there will be no hanging sign above the stand at the Oulu event.

Visibility

The event’s highest visibility. Logo placement in digital and print materials, along with video exposure in the exhibition area and seminar hall.

Screen

The stand includes a 55-inch screen. Additionally, we offer the option to order a 3.5m x 2m giant screen for the stand.

Tickets

The package includes three Seminar & Evening-tickets and partner access to our networking app, granting you networking opportunities throughout the event.

Premium Partner

Premium Partner package offers wide visibility with a spacious booth in the Exhibition area. The booth features a custom-printed wall, 55″ screen and some furniture. You are able to personalize the booth with your materials.

In addition to the booth, your logo will be prominently displayed on our printed and digital materials, ensuring widespread recognition. Furthermore, your video will be showcased on the Exhibition area screen, maximizing exposure to our audience.

Introducing our basic Partner package, offering visibility with a compact stand in the Exhibition area. The stand features a roll-up and a standing table. You are able to personalize the booth with your materials.

In addition to the booth, your logo will be displayed on our printed and digital materials, ensuring widespread recognition.

Material guidelines

Hello, and welcome to our partner material guidelines! These guidelines cover stands for all our events. Please note that there might be slight variations in content and layouts depending on the specific event. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us – you can find our contact information at the bottom of the page.

Basics about stands

If you have any questions regarding partnerships, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

  • All our stands come with 230V electricity.
  • You are welcome to bring your materials to the stand, but please ensure that all items meet Finnish fire safety standards for public spaces. We also ask that you consider environmental impact when selecting materials.
  • If you wish, you may take your materials (roll-up / printed wall) with you after the event (note: wall frame not included).
  • Additional displays and catering services are available upon request.
  • Due to Finnish legislation, bringing your own alcoholic beverages or unwrapped foods to your stand is not permitted.
  • Partners have access to the event one hour before other guests arrive in the morning. At most of our events, stands can be prepared the evening before the event. Depending on the event, dismantling takes place either in the evening or the following morning.

    The video will play on repeat. You can also use powerpoint-presentation or multiple videos. Materials can be presented from your own laptop (HDMI) or transferred to a usb-memorystick (no .pptx). There can be an audio with a reasonable volume.

    Resolution: 1920 x 1080 px (16:9) or 4K
    Format: .png / .jpg / .mov / .mp4 / .pptx

        • Main partner: Exhibition area max. 30 seconds, Seminar hall max. 30 seconds.
        • Premium Partner: Exhibition area max. 15 seconds.

        Video ads will be played on the big screens in both the Exhibition and Seminar halls.

          • Seminar hall: Videos include audio and will be shown three times during the event.
          • Exhibition hall: Videos will run in a continuous loop without audio throughout the event.
